The Decree-Law No.55 of 2023 on the Regulation of the Media aims to organize media activities of all kinds, in order to enhance the country's position as a global media center, establish a stimulating environment for the growth and prosperity of the media sector, and contribute to the development of a competitive legislative and media investment environment that keeps pace with global changes in the media sector.
